As a senior officer at Glendale Federal Bank, Scott oversaw loan workouts and divestiture of bank-owned real estate from 1989-1993. Prior to that, he handled corporate and real estate lending for Security Pacific Bank from 1985–1988 and was a Research Fellow at Yale University.

With a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Anderson School of Business at the University of California, he is also a board member of the Los Angeles South Bay Economic Development Partnership, Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation and Salvation Army Torrance.

William R. Metzler co-founded West Coast Capital Partners (WCCP) in 1992.  Mr. Metzler’s day to day responsibilities include overseeing asset management and investment operations for WCCP’s portfolio. He has oversight of investment strategy throughout the life cycle of the portfolio’s assets and is heavily involved in capital raising, due diligence, acquisition and disposition of assets across WCCP’s various investment markets. Alongside Mr. Douglas, Bill has led WCCP to over $3 billion in transaction volume since the company’s inception and helps oversee WCCP’s current portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of office and mixed use space.

 

Prior to WCCP Bill was in a Managing Director in ING’s Real Estate Investment Banking division where he advised clients on more than $2.5 billion in acquisitions/dispositions.  Prior to ING Mr. Metzler was a Managing Director in EY’s (Ernst and Young’s) Real Estate Advisory Group from 1984-1989.

 

Bill received a B.S. & B.A. with honors in Accounting and Real Estate Finance from the University of Arizona, is a Senior with the ASA (American Society of Appraisers) and has also earned his certification as a CPA.

Mike joined West Coast Capital Partners in 1998 and has spent his career with the company. Along with assisting in asset management, he oversees our finance and accounting functions.  Mike is responsible for managing the closing of acquisition and disposition activities and coordinates due diligence efforts.  He also oversees investor services and relations.

He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000.

Adi joined West Coast Capital Partners in 2019 and his responsibilities include the financial modeling of acquisitions and dispositions.  Prior to joining West Coast Capital Partners, Adi worked as an analyst in Cushman and Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group in Phoenix, AZ.

 

Adi graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Arizona State University in 2020, as well as a degree from Barrett, The Honors College.
